The TMM is on fire! - For an old slow bloke
The Hannover night run provided the TMM with two new records - The 10km course completed in 48mins 33 seconds - the magic breaking of the 50min barrier with km averages under 5mins a km.
The last 5km lap completed in 23mins 50 seconds - once again a new record.
Rest day today after taking m school year group on a trip to a Bare Foot Park followed by a swift trip to watch H96 loose to Wolfsburg - normal service resumed!!!

Keep running - TMM
As promised, Tummy is keeping up his end of the bargain. Although the Benson & Hedges sponsored runner is going to have to quit the fags to get near the times of his German competitors. The 20 a day habit is not great preparation for distance running. Having said that, the now 1 stone lighter "Tummy" has managed a record 3K this week followed today by a record and "honest" 5k time. Only 30 seconds keeps him from breaking the magic 30 Minute barrier.
ReplyDeleteAs for the footy. The mighty Albion currently 2nd in the table. Next game for me to attend is Charlton away at the Valley. Another new ground to my list of nearly 40. Just to make you boys chuckle.... 3 tickets £77
